You can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted within this window are eligible for a full refund.

After 14 Days

Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

This policy applies to subscription charges and add-on credit purchases made through Paddle checkout.

How to Request a Refund

• Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
